I’ve always loved wine. The culture, the art, the connotation of a beautiful glass of wine. Wine isn’t for plastic cups, wine is for a dinner party, a jazz club, or a beach house with friends. For thousands of years, wine has always been for those cherished moments.

When I stopped drinking alcohol, the one thing we truly missed was a strong glass of beautiful red wine. Nothing non-alcoholic captured the taste, depth, or feeling of the real thing. So we set out to create it. Vero begins with 100% real, fully fermented wine. No grape juice, no “natural flavors,” no imitation wine base.

We searched across the country for exceptional wine from organic grapes and a gentle way to remove the alcohol while preserving what makes wine special. Keeping the deep fruit, structure, aroma, and character. After nine months of sourcing, tasting, refining, and starting over, Vero was born. 

Vero [Vair-Oh] means “real” or “authentic” in Italian, and that is exactly what we wanted this wine to be. An authentic wine experience, without the alcohol or compromise.
